Protection of personal data

This document summarizes the basic principles of how we handle the Bühler website user personal data belonging to Bühler CZ s.r.o., with registered office at Nádražní 696, Žamberk, ZIP code 564 01, TIN: 24149152, file number C29980 kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové (hereinafter referred to as "Bühler CZ s.r.o."), which thus acts (in most cases) as the administrator of personal data.

Bühler CZ s.r.o. proceeds in the processing of personal data in accordance with Act 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, ev. Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended, and other legal regulations.

From 25th May 2018 we are governed by Regulation of the European Union No. 2016/679 in the matter of the general regulation on the processing of personal data instead of Act No. 101/2000 Coll.

What data do we process as administrators?

As the administrator of our website, we process the data you provide by filling out the form.

In particular, we process the following data.

  • Name and Surname
  • Residence
  • Company
  • E-mail
  • Phone

Other indirect data

  • IP address
  • Cookies (its only purpose is to offer relevant content just for you and facilitating website browsing)

Browser and operating system version information to ensure that the website is displayed correctly.

For what purpose do we manage the mentioned data and for how long?

We collect your personal data in order to enable you to use our services and products. When filling out the contact form, we manage the personal data contained in the form only for the purpose of answering or handling your request or demand. Your personal data will not be further processed or passed on to a third party.

We collect and store data obtained through the contact form, i.e. obtained in connection with your inquiry, for a period of approximately 12 months from the date of obtaining this data.

The administrator does not make automatic individual decisions in the sense of Article 22 of the GDPR.

When filling out the application on Facebook within the "Study at the Castle and work in Bühler CZ Žamberk" campaign, your personal data entered in the form will be used to process your interest in studying at the Žamberk Secondary School of Trade, Crafts and Services. Personal data will be processed and handed over to representatives of the school.

When is it not necessary to give consent to the processing of personal data?

We can process personal data even without your consent only for the purposes of:

  • Fulfillment of the contract where as subject is the provision of services or products offered by us and where the customer has actively expressed interest.
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations we have which arised from generally binding legal regulations.
  • Processing within the legitimate interests (e.g. for direct marketing, ensuring safety and protection of life).

How is my data protected?

We try to secure as much as possible against leakage or theft all personal data we process. For this reason, we limit their manipulation, copying, transmission or access to them only for strictly necessary purposes defined by law.

Furthermore, our website is secured by the HTTPS protocol (valid SSL certificate) for an encrypted connection between the website and the user, which minimizes the possibility of their theft during data transfer (sending within the form, etc.)

The website is hosted on secure servers.

What are my rights in relation to the protection of personal data?

  • Request the information on what kind of personal data we process.
  • Request an explanation regarding the processing of personal data.
  • Request access to this data and let them update or correct.
  • Request to delete this personal data.
  • Request data transfer.
  • The right to be informed of a breach of personal data security in certain cases.

Anytime you can file a complaint regarding the processing of your personal data or non-fulfillment of the administrator's obligations arising from the GDPR to the supervisory authority. In accordance with § 89 of Act No. 127/2005 Coll., on electronic communications, we hereby inform you that our website uses so-called cookies for its operation.

These are short text files that the website stores on the visitor's computer and that are provided by the internet browser every time the user returns to the page. This website uses cookies to identify and track visitors and their pre-selections when accessing the website.

  • Displaying of ads – Cookies allow better targeting of advertising for our users and visitors by personalizing their content so that the customer receives advertising for products or services that are relevant and for which he/her have shown potential interest in the past.

For this type of advertising, we use the services listed below, which are used to segment users according to common features. It is not possible to associate this data with a specific person.
